JEM rises more than 700 feet over Miami Worldcenter, the district that reshaped the north end of Downtown. Brightline at MiamiCentral, the Kaseya Center and Bayside are all within a few blocks.
The tower is split in two: 259 condominiums for sale on the upper floors, and 530 rental apartments on floors 10 through 42. So far Naftali's marketing has covered only the condos, which is why rental pricing isn't public yet.
